Well fellow Georgians,
If you live down here, I hope you went to the ZBB concert at Centennial park! If you didn’t, I am very sorry. Because it was one of the most memorable days I’ve ever had! So let me give you the scoop on the fantastic day. I know my Instagram followers have probably seen these pictures, but I am posting them again, indulge me :).

So, for starters, it was a beautiful day. Rode down to the Marta in my friend Pat’s Jeep, got to the park, ate at Subway (always a good choice.) After we headed into the park, we knew we had about a 6 hour wait for the Zac Brown Band to take the stage, so we waited through a couple mediocre bands at the very front since we arrived so early.

So as soon as the other fans cleared out when the two bands were done, us, the faithful ZBB fans got to nab an on the stage spot (on being right next to!) Our feet were sore, but it was only a matter of time before we saw what we had come for.

Right after the stage was set up and sound checked, the band came out and played all our favorite songs. When Zac Brown came around to where we were, two of my guy friends hoisted me up on their shoulders and I got to shake his hand! Needless to say, we were all freaking out. We got to do the same with almost all the rest of the band. IT WAS AWESOME. We sang and screamed till we couldn’t talk and we filmed all the songs we could before all of our phones either a.) died or b.) ran outta space!
So yeah, thanks for the memories Zac Brown Band. And my amazing friends. Best and only free concert I will probably ever go to! 🙂
Love,
Konnor with a K
