Hello followers!

Sorry for lack of posting, I have been extremely busy studying for an AP European History exam, but I can assure you my blog will be picking up after May 11th! 🙂 So, if you already looked at the pictures, I know what you’re thinking…”Why is she in her school uniform if this is a fashion blog?!” Well, have no fear, because what I’m about to discuss ties in with fashion! This past Friday, me and my dad had a little father-daughter date to the High Museum in Atlanta so that I could complete an extra credit assignment, which was to see the From Picasso to Warhol exhibit before it left. The art there was beautiful, no doubt, but me and my dad are more clean line, modern art kinda people and by the time we were done, we perused (ooh big word there!) the rest of the building and came upon the modern art exhibit. To say the least, we were floored. We had a hay day looking at all the cool art and whispering jokes about the ones we thought were not so cool. So, here is how this ties into fashion, drum role please! Going through various exhibits with different styles and time periods got my wheels turning, and I want to know your opinion. Is it better to stick to the classic styles clothes, or modern day, or both? Because, all of these artists defined modernity in their day but should we always follow the trend, or should we stick with what we know? I personally do both! I love vintage clothes or clothes inspired from a certain era, but then again I like to try new things and see how new trends look occasionally. Comment and let me know!
Love,
